We had no issues with the owner/office staff.... however the maintainence staff was a joke. Carpet was all patched together... so all of the rooms/hallways were in different stages of fading/wear. We had heating vents fall out of the ceiling (were never fixed). Asked for a globe for the light in the hallway and never got one in the entire year lease... The doors on the laundry room fell and gouged a hole in a little kid... And the thermostat was replaced at least 3 times (by three different people) and still never worked.

However.. the maintaince man thing almost corrected itself... they had the circuit box labelled wrong and they almost electrocuted themselves working on the thermostat because the wires were hot. Was funny... except that it blew up the circuit for the dryer somehow and that took a month to fix....

Oh... and bring your snow shoes.... in the winter you can actually count the grains of salt they throw down for you. Avoid upstairs too... the stairs that are exposed (not inside the hallways) are treacherous in the winter!
