Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I've lived here for almost 3 years, and rarely had problems. The maintenance sometimes takes forever to come and fix something, and they are not strict about people letting their dogs out without leashes on (my dog's been attacked by dogs not on leashes owned by residents many times, and they won't make a rule about it.) Other than that,the managers are very helpful, the neighborhood is safe, and the apartments spacey. I would recommend, especially more if they tell everyone to please keep dogs on leashes at all times if going outside!
