I have lived here for about eight months. I am usually NOT one to complain about things, but I feel I should warn anyone that's thinking about moving here. First, I was told when I signed the lease that there is only a twelve month lease. I find out later that there are other lease options. Second, the apartments are poorly built. Doors are crooked, cabinets are crooked so they don't shut right, closet doors are crooked, paint job is HORRIBLE, VERY drafty during cold weather, noise is a problem in my building, office staff is VERY RUDE, back door is almost impossible to open and close, hot water runs out pretty quick when taking a bath. Like I said, I'm not one who likes to complain, but I am VERY dissatisfied (and I'm not a hard person to satisfy). The things I've complained about are not things you have to look hard to see. Did I mention we've had three mice in our second floor apartment' I'm sure you can get that anywhere you live, but the other things are ridiculous!! I am so sorry that I moved here. Luckily I'm out of my lease soon. Also, you have to pay $25 for a key to enter the fitness center after office hours. The tanning bed is only open during office hours, so if you work a 9-5 job, then you can't take advantage of that. They look nice from the outside and even when you take a tour of the inside, but once you take a closer look you'll see that they are not worth the money. All I ask is beware of everything I've said above and good luck apartment hunting!
