The blue carpet in the apartment is terrible... The apartment itself is constructed pretty cheap in my opinion on the inside... not very helpful when we moved in here did not tell us of hidden costs until we drove over 10 hours and our moving truck was here to unload.. We were not pleased at all.

I think that the price in rent is pretty high for this area in particular and there should be designated non-smoking apartment homes because ours had heavy smokers in it and it really stinks when you walk in from the outside you can tell there were smokers that lived here... The smoke is embedded in everything and I also think there should be a fee for smokers to get rid of the smoke in the apartment homes like there are for pets... in my opinion smoke is a lot harder to get out when compared to pets who live in the home... espeically if the pet does not do anything (no accidents). If you can look elsewhere.
