Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The apartments are small. The closets were small. I had very old carpet, but my neighbor had very nice carpet.

Snow removal was horrible.

The walls are thin. I could always hear my neighbors.

If you have only 1 car, then you shouldn't have a problem with parking. There were times I couldn't park near my apartment.

There are better place to live in Indy for the same amount of rent.
