Hmm, Tony in the office is great. parking is horrible. Neighbors are loud and there is no insulation to not hear that incessant stomping 24 hours a day. You cannot have guests over more than 2 at a time, you pretty much need to schedule it with your building. Tons of potholes and they never get fixed. Doors that always break and half of our vents are on upside down.
On a bright note, Tony is very friendly and helpful as is the rest of their office staff and there are private mailboxes. I will not be renewing my lease because despite the size of the apartment and conveninet location, I can get nicer for a little more money.
