Not a bad place overall, but ridiculous pet policy! We lived there over a year and I refused to pay it! We had a dog the entire time and they never even knew! I know many other residents who do the same.......they can't prove it so what the heck'

Because of the people like you, there are problems everywhere. Just read yourself - you oppose yourself - not a bad place to live, but I had a dog and refuse to pay pet fees.. What a moron are you, after all that you said, you still do not reccomend a community, because, the people like yourself and residents you know dont pay, what you have to. I call such a people - parasites of the society. That's why good places becomes bad.
