I have lived in far worse apts

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
For location and price this place is hard to beat. Yes the units are dated but they are quite large and once again cheap. I have had no trouble with the staff in the office or the maintenance guys, they have fixed most of the small things in less then 24 hours. Now I am in the back of the complex so that effects some things but overall I cant complain.
