Zero concerns. I've had one maintenance issue and they came right out and fixed before I got home from work. I moved in Dec 07 after looking at places from Speedway to Avon to Decatur Township to Camby - and Plainfield of course. From what I can tell, the owners are willing to spend money to keep this older complex running very smoothly. I'm shocked at how low my electric bill is - $48 in Jan. and $61 in Jun. There are places with better fixtures and fancier cabinets but I would have had to pay more than $200-$300/month more. I'm happy with my choice.
