This place is wonderful. You will always have problematic residents where ever you go, however, all my neighbors are pleasant. Maitenance is always on top of everything and the staff are friendly. The staff even plans events to satisfy the residents. For example: In the summer they always throw a pool party where they serve hamburgers and give out many prizes. One morning they handed out doughnuts and recently gave every resident the opertunity to get a free 10x13 family portrait. This place is also a great value. Amoung all other apartments in Plainfield, this is one of the cheapest yet also the nicest.
