Stafford Pointe is horrible. Susan is the worst Susan, the manger, is the most incompetent manger I have ever seen. Not sure how she got this job, she is beyond stupid. Plenty of other people have made complaints below about Susan as well. Plan on getting out of my lease shortly

Good Place Great Place to live. I enjoy the community, all residents seem super nice that i have met near me! Love the option of free tanning. I enjoy the feel of being close to shops but not in the major traffic jam. I enjoy being able to take back roads to I-70 which gets me to work everyday.

I have lived here at least 8 months now. While no place is perfect, this place is much better then most of the places that we looked at. The staff have always been nice to us. They have always responded quickly to our maintenance requests and have helped us when we ran into minor difficulties.
