The absolute worst in Northwest!!

I am warning you....RUN!!!!!!! This is the cheapest place to live in the USA.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on around you.
The office staff is very rude and could care less about your problems.
the grounds are extremely ugly.
It looks like puke and bug infested.
They charge waaaaaaaay too much to feel like you are living in a prison.
The only thing that's decent is the maintenance staff, which changes every week or two!
