I have lived in Lake Pointe for almost a year, and i have had no problems. After reading many of the reviews, I wondered if I was living in the same apartments complex as the respondants. I live on the second floor, so that may be the reason why I have never dealt with mice. However, the grounds are extremely clean, and maintenance has always been prompt and thorough.

As for the noise issues, it's an apartment complex. For the most part, you are going to have people that like to watch movies and listen to their stereos when they have get-togethers. I have experienced noise from time to time, but nothing that would be unreasonable for an apartment community.

The apartments are new, reasonably priced (what do you expect for a new complex with new appliances, carpet, fixtures, etc!'!'!'!, and the staff has always been helpful with me. What most people dont realize is that when you approach people with an attitude, you have a higher chance of getting one in return. I have always been pleasant with the staff, and they have always been helpful to me.

Anyone thinking about staying here should go ahead and sign a lease. It's the best apartment complex in Portage.

i totally agree with all you said...been here nearly 1.5 years and no major issues other than of course noise, but that is always taken care of (in fact, one unit has one more warning to go before the big meeting about noise and eviction)...and ive never had an issue with the staff...always pleasant and helpful...never an attitude, and if you do approach someone with an attitude, yes you will get it right back... definately a nice place to stay
