i dont know who wrote the comment below, but it is completely false. Management is horrible, they have a i could care less attitude. maintenence is just as bad. The only good thing is the size of the apts. if u plan on staying more than one year they will keep raising your rent. the buildings are old and things are constantly breaking. evry other month our hot water goes out. and the color and carpeting inside the buildings are hiddeous. neighbors are completely rude. we feel like we live in a phrat house. every fri sat sun people are in the courthouse playing bean bags, drinking alchol, lighting fireworks. this is all takeing place 15 feet from your window. have complained several times and management will do nothing. if u have a baby he or she will not be getting much sleep. this has been one of the worst places i have lived.

im trying to get out of this area im in now because of all the gang violence so where do you think a good place to move to might be we have a pretty low income so im looking for a cheap apartment

I agree with dmckiss118 completely. Another thing to remember is this is set up like a "gated" apartment complex. The staff, maintenance, and neighbors are inconsiderate, just like dmckiss118 there is this "care-less" attitude.
