Good good! This was our (my husband & I) first place. We had a one bedroom by the "little" pond. The neighbors are nice, the management is nice, the community's quiet, & it's just a really convenient location.

stay away i dont know who wrote the comment below, but it is completely false. Management is horrible, they have a i could care less attitude. maintenence is just as bad. The only good thing is the size of the apts. if u plan on staying more than one year they will keep raising your rent.
