Likely the worst managed apartments you will find. There is a reason why no one wants to live here and I found out why. Everything in the apartment is old and outdated. Heating and plumbing often break. Maintenance staff is either non-existant or slow. The management staff does not value their renters nor will they spend money to improve upon the place. Often times management will neglect repairs and keep any money as profit. When things get fixed they are often cheaply done. Better to move on to another place in Seymour and not look back. Overall, this place will throw in free heat, garbage, water and maybe a free months rent, but don't let that fool you. Once they have you, you can only break the lease after the year is finished or until the lease is invalidated due to management not complying with the terms. In that case, take them to court and the lease will be over.
