new owners, rennovations, ---- pretty good deals

I lived here 4 years ago and stayed for one month, got sued by the jackass in new york that owned it, destryed my credit, etc.
New owner, todd vannatta, helped me clear my credit up where i was turned over to collections, got me in an apartment for 1/2 price for my first month due to my troubles before even tho he didnt own it then.
still some work to be done, but the apartment was nice, has new carpet, includes my utilities, and is good priced. didn't charge a deposit, new office on site, bald maintenance guy is gone!!!
i would recomend this place to anyone now. they are making great efforts at rennovation.
my apartment has new furnace and central air.
