We loved living at Waterdance for a year. But when we went to move out, things went bad. We had problems over and over again with blac spots coming up in our carpet from the first day we moved in. We had to constantly steam clean it. We also had mold growing in the hallway closet from the water heater leaking and in the bathroom as well as a result. Also, we had a problem with our dishwasher. Dirty, nasty, stinky water kept coming up into it and we had maintenance come down and they flat out argured with us saying it was impossible. So it remained unfixed. And when we did our move out inspection the apartment stunk from the dishwasher water and they claimed that we left dog fecies on our floors ( was NONE.. why would we do a walk through if we did.. ''') and said since it stunk that they had to replace the floors. We were completely shocked how we were treated when we moved out. The maintenance man even tried to get physical with my husband. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OUR WORST ENEMY!!!

for one the were dog fecies on the floor and the husband threatended the maintenance man first... i lived across the hall and i heard the whole thing! i also know that maintence did clean the dishwasher several times and the tenants now have no complaint!
