WaterDance is very good at producing beautiful brochures and pictures online. They are also extremely friendly and will tell you anything you want to hear when trying to "make their sale". But once you actually sign the lease, you'll notice Dr. Jekkyl has suddenly become Mr. Hyde. Don't believe ANYTHING management says! Check with the other tenants first to see what "story" they were told...then ask the office once you've got some "ammunition" to hold them to their word. And you can forget getting anything in writing!
