Bed Bugs! This place has bed bugs! I had to throw away all my belongings & then they tried to charge me rent for an apartment that I couldn't even live in because it was so infested by bed bugs. The management didn't seem to care about the problem. This is the worst apartment complex

Mold problems Hated it! If you have a mold allergy...beware. Shortly after moving in my entire family started having respitory problems. Two sinus surgeries later we discovered the mold problem and moved out. Expensive, parking is a problem, staff is friendly until after you've moved

bad place to live Nasty place to live the roof leaked and the windows. when i called the maintnence and told him he said he would fix it later. even though there was a steady stream flowing from the ceiling onto my bed. The staff very rude and very unhelpful do not move in here.

yay! i lived here for a few years and i thought it was a great place. maintenance was always prompt and very friendy. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. yes the apartments are a few years older but they are well kept. i never had a problem with stains on the carpet, doors or knobs

nice place to live I lived at WaterDance for three years and loved every minute of it. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house. The property was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and maintenance was prompt. I owuld recommend WaterDance to anyone!
