Mold problems Hated it! If you have a mold allergy...beware. Shortly after moving in my entire family started having respitory problems. Two sinus surgeries later we discovered the mold problem and moved out. Expensive, parking is a problem, staff is friendly until after you've moved

bad place to live Nasty place to live the roof leaked and the windows. when i called the maintnence and told him he said he would fix it later. even though there was a steady stream flowing from the ceiling onto my bed. The staff very rude and very unhelpful do not move in here.

yay! i lived here for a few years and i thought it was a great place. maintenance was always prompt and very friendy. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. yes the apartments are a few years older but they are well kept. i never had a problem with stains on the carpet, doors or knobs

Nasty, moldy, quickly turning into slumville The place is nasty, run down, roach infested, moldy. The maintenance staff is rude. Most of the office staff has been rude. If you want to enter little Mexico then move here.

nice place to live I lived at WaterDance for three years and loved every minute of it. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house. The property was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and maintenance was prompt. I owuld recommend WaterDance to anyone!

Dirty Apartments are very dirty and old, management don´t seem to know how to run the place. If something needs fixing, takes for ever to get someone in there. Call the office all you get is the answering machine.

nice place I really enjoyed living here. The pool is small, but they put a new playground in 2 years ago. Phase II is much better than Phase I~ it´s a lot newer. They do spray for bugs there. I haven´t lived there in over 2 years, but the townhomes were very nice.
