Good for students

We lived in these apartments for two years and would recommend them. The parking is good in most of the buildings; drive around the place before you commit to an apartment and try to get one that has its own lot. It's fairly noisy; our upstairs neighbors were terrible, but the front office people were great about following through with taking care of the problem. Maintenance is a little bit hit or miss; there are times when your problem is taken care of same day, and others that you have to wait a day or two, but I've never heard of more than that. They're pretty good about fixing things promptly. My biggest complaint is the cable; they sell you your cable for 40 dollars/month for 60 channels of basic cable. They also have a clause in the lease that says you can't have a dish on your deck, but people get around that all the time, which they should because that's highway robbery for simple cable. The apartments are in good shape, well worn; appliances work well and are replaced quickly if they go bad. Overall, I would live there again; the medieval theme becomes endearing after a while.
