pay for non-existent services

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
We reported a broken dishwasher, moldy tile grout in tiles in the tub that was caulked over, leaky roof, and clogged tub about 3 months ago and none of those things have been fixed. We were told the roof would at least be put on priority but no sign of maintenance workers. We also have problems parking because of parties. There are "no parking" zones clearly marked, we did not park in any of those we just parked on a grassy spot. My husband had to be gone early in the morning so he didn't have time to drive all over the apartment complex looking for a spot which is what we usually have to do. My husband thought his vehicle could have been stolen because we were never called about the towing. The property manager was not willing to negotiate or really hear any of our complaints when we talked to him. He just basically had the attitude of deal with it. The aparments look nice but that's all. It's alot to pay and not have anything fixed or have parking by our building. I would not reccommend living here, it's an overcrowded University party complex.
