I disagree with the previous statement of parking. I have lived here for a few years, and basically the only time I have had a problem with parking is when there is a home football game and my neighbors bring there friends and family members into the complex, thereas taking alot of our parking spots! There are plenty of spots available, and carports too. I love the spacious big closets in my apartment, and maintenance has always been there when I needed them. The office staff is very nice, and I live for the indoor tennis courts in the winter! I also do not think Castle Point is too far from the university nor do I feel it is a big party complex.
