Office staff can be rude at times. Maintenance staff are prompt, but don't know how to fix things. It takes multiple times for something to be fixed. Parking is ridiculous. Notre Dame undergrad students dominate the complex and have wild parties some times during the week and every weekend. Upon complaining about noise, a security guard warns them and with in an hour the place is bouncing again.
*****FIRES PLAGUE THE ENTIRE COMPLEX***** prior to moving into the complex we were from out of state, so didn't know much about the reputation....after moving in, there have been fires all the time. One fire ruined 7 apartments in a building. Another ruined 2. There are fire trucks zooming in all the time. Both of these occurred in different buildings with in 2 months. For the quality of apartment, the price is too high.

Im sure Judy Logan was professional and you should have looked into how CLOSE Castle Point is to Notre Dame. Common sense my friends.

it shouldnt matter how close it is to notre dame. they should have to follow all of the rules, same as anyone else. and how do you know if she was professional?? were you there during our conversations?? No? well then dont assume things...i was there and i know what happened....
