No way in hell could someone live in Castle Point and say it was great. Unless they were one of the ND students who always partyed and were too drunk to realize what a mess it was.

Spiders - I killed at least two a day. Doesn't include those red and black bugs.

No dogs allowed - Pitbull lived in the complex to my right. The one that caught on fire. Maybe the dog did it.

No where to park guests took up all the spaces. I once had to park at the clubhouse and walk back to my place.

Water heater - broke (they did come repair pretty quickly) however they left a mess and some sort of red substance all over the kitchen for me to follow up. They used my paper towels to clean their hands and left them in the sink.

Snow removal - Didn't exist. I mean WTF' I couldn't get out of the entrance on several occasions due to the driveup ramp being frozen with ice. When I asked management to put down salt they responded they use sand because salt is too expensive. I could have used kitty litter and hot water. I was pregnant and complained to the parent company and cried law suit if I slipped and low and behold finally the snow was being removed. Okay so much for the winter lets get to the summer........

Weeds everywhere, pool had a ring in it, and now there's a fee to bring in guests. WOW! As if paying $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry wasn't enough. Speaking of laundry.... Was that hole in the ceiling ever fixed. Looked like it would cave in any day.

Three fires in one year, Saftey.......Yeah......

Maintenance let themselves in unauthorized. I have the maintenance forms to prove I said no entry if I am not there. Comcast was given keys to my "home" without my knowledge and let themselves in for no reason. They were apparently checking empty apartments. What did management have to say' Sorry we didn't mean to. Wow what a user F up.

So..... after a year I moved to Georgetown Apts which by the way is a great community. I recommend you try there first.
