They tried to charge thousands to repaint my apartment, which they gave me authorization to do and assured me it would be free.

There were fires and arson all the time. They just came right into the apartment and locked you out while the police investigated. No privacy, horrible management. Who expects people to enter their apartment constantly without their permission'

DO NOT LIVE THERE. BUGS, SPIDERS, NO HELP, ARSON AND FIRES CONSTANTLY!

It was ridiculous having your building catch on fire once every few weeks. COME ON! Only drunk Notre Dame students would live there.

There is absolutely no parking. Do not live there if you want to park less than 1/2 mile from your front door. The neighbors are stupid Notre Dame students blasting their stereo at all times of the day.

I think with Castle Point it depended on where you lived in the complex. I already wrote a review on here, and for me I didn't have any of the problems that are constantly repeated on each review. I used to take walks in the evening, and I did notice some of the parking lots being a lot fuller than mine, but it didn't seem like youd have to walk a block to get to your house. I find it very judgemental and ridiculous to say only drunk college kids would enjoy living here. I am college aged....but absolutly hate the typical "college kid lifestyle", and I found Castle Point to be very nice. I had NO BUGS at all, so I will say it again...I think that has to do with cleanliness!
