I LOVE my apartment!! One of the best things about it is the giant chalkboard, since it was an old classroom. I always get compliments when visitors come by and they are pleasantly surprised how nice it is. Despite the number of tenants, the building is super quiet, I rarely see more than a few people at a time. I have never once heard as much as a peep from my neighbors from either side or above. Some friends have questioned the safety of the area, but as a single girl, I've never felt unsafe, and regularly see a security guard at night. Maintenance is both prompt and extremely nice. I've never had a problem with the laundry room, always enough washers and dryers open. Miriam and Sue are amazing managers and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy in your home. My only complaint is the lack of guest parking. The positives far outweigh the negatives!
Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Ha. I reread this and felt it at the time, however my opinion definitely changed when I was MUGGED two months later AT 9:30 IN THE MORNING in the parking lot directly in front of the door. Needless to say my opinion has changed. I was terrified to leave my apartment for the remaining 3 months of my lease. I was also upset to learn the cameras were not working, so there was nothing the police could do to help me.
