I couldn't agree more! I have lived here for a little over a year and hope to stay for years to come. My apartment is HUGE, with tons of closet space. It's like a house! The fact that heat is paid by the company is a much appreciated plus. The surronding area isn't good but I've not had any problems. I do feel safe here and I'm middle aged woman and live here with my grown daughter. I do think that if this building where in a nice area there would be NO WAY we could afford to live here. They are so nice, each of them are unique and I like to bug Sue and Miriam to see each one that comes available. Sue and Miriam are the BEST, they go above and beyond to make you happy, and feel welcome. We are like a little family! Well a big family, I have made several friends here and we all look out for one another. There are all age groups here too, from little ones to ND students to seniors. It's really a great place. Visitor parking is an issue and there are not enough trash bins, other than that I can't say anything bad. I feel blessed to be here!
