You should move here if you like ancient buildings with lead paint, office personnel that can't follow instructions to save their life, windows that won't open and inconveniences galore. Otherwise, find somewhere else.

So, go knock on the door and ask them to turn down the music yourself! Don't complain about the walk to your apartment when you knew about it before you took it, that's your fault not the apartments. And, shred your Social Security number before throwing it away... you live in downtown, yeah there are going to be homeless people, and the guy in the dumpster isn't the only one who would be able to get to your trash. You sound like a very unhappy person who needs to learn to confront problems on your own. Move out!!!!!!!
