I have lived here a few years now and although management has finally improved, there is still quite a bit that has not. There is nothing here. well we do have laundry rooms i guess. I think there is 1 bench to sit on that is facing the main parking lot, but they took the only picnic table that was on the grounds, probably because nobody could use it or it would just fall apart. it was a hazard, but when they said the courtyard was going to be refurbished, we all thought we were finally getting a picnic table. guess again. apparently refurbished means they put out a little flower pot but just didnt feel like taking out the dead bushes or trimming the bushes hanging over the bike rack. what a joke. Windows leak when it rains and some off the apartments actually flood when it rains hard because the complex refuses to have the drain professionally unclogged and to have the courtyard professionally sealed. numerous apartments have been underwater and all they do here is caulk a wall every time it happens and clean the carpets again. needless to say the building often smells moldy. parking is poor and poorly lit. nobody controls the parking. even though we have stickers for our car windows, anyone can park here, and so they do. people that work nearby just park here so they dont have to pay somewhere else. if your neighbor is having a party, good luck finding a spot if u live here or not. they should be towed. DOMINIUM owns this place is and is aware of the problems here but they dont seem to care much. i would not recommend living somewhere they own at all.
