I lived here from August 2007 to August 2009. My first apartment in the building was a studio/loft on the 3rd floor. It was small but adequate. My neighbors were _awful_, however. Management did not address my complaints for months and I finally demanded to be moved to another apartment. The management has since changed. My next apartment was on the 4th floor. There are only 3 apartments on that floor, so it is very, very quiet - very important for a graduate student. A huge improvement! The new management is excellent, especially the asst. manager Cheryl. She is kind and friendly and quick to help. Maintenance guys were also great! I rarely had issues, but when I did, they were fixed quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood isn't the best, but I honestly never had a problem -- though I didn't go out much at night. Central air is great! The huge windows and blackboards gave my apartment a wonderful feel. Overall: 4 stars.
