I rented from 2001-2007 and never had an issue with the staff or residents. Well built, clean apts. The walls are a little thin, but that's the case with most apts. Rent was very affordable and felt I got more than my money's worth for the cost. The only downside for me was the complex is a drive from most of the cities hot spots.
