I am extremely happy with Hurwhich Farms, both my apartment and the staff. One of their "limited edition" units became available before I was able to get out of my previous apartment lease due to notification time. They held the unit for a short time to prevent me paying for two places simultaneously. They were very concerned about me being happy with the apartment, even taking into consideration factors that I did not explicitly mention concerned me. The staff has been kind and helpful every time I went visited before and after moving. So far, as great as everything else is, I would say the staff is the high point of the experience.

As for my unit, it's excellent. The appliances are a little bit old, but they work better than many newer appliances, are sightly, and are well-maintained. The apartment was clean when I moved in and has been easy to keep clean. Generally, the building quality is great both inside and outside, the grounds are gorgeous, and everything is conveniently and sensibly laid out.

I was fortunate to have a unit with a view onto a little pond. I actually think many of their units feature this. It is peaceful and tranquil, which are words I would use to describe the community as a whole. I have personally recommended Hurwich Farms to a couple of my friends who are looking at moving from other apartments. I'm a very pleased renter.
