I was excited moving to Hurwich Farms in 2005. My move in date was moved several times, but the apartment I got was huge with an unique floorplan. Washer/Dryer in each unit gets an A . Bedroom size and walk in closet is a plus. Hurwich Farms Cable was very reasonable at $30 for a basic package.The staff is great! On grounds live-in Maintenance Personnel are outstanding. Unfortunately the noise factor is awful.You can hear your neighbor's phone and even hear them snore at night. For a couple years there was a racoon/mice problem that seems to be corrected. Pest Control can be improved. Cable has gone up to $40 and we lost many stations. This included The CW, in which the Maintenance Director sited no allotted programing'' The cable system has many flaws in sound and picture. The only alternative to their satellite system is DirectTV. My rent has gone up $600 within the last four years.
