Here is a hint for someone reading these reviews. Anytime you somebody closes out their review with the phrase "check it out for yourself" or "you won't be disappointed" or anything similar to that, the review was written by the manager who has logged on as an anonymous user in order to increase the recommendation percentage. Look at the previous 4 reviews. Shocking how they were all given a rating of 5 out of 5 and, surprise-surprise look at the last statement in each of the reviews. Don't be fooled.

Too bad your anonymous response covers everything in general. I'm a very happy resident who wrote one of those great reviews. I wish more people that lived here knew about this sight so they could write their experiences too. I live next to some very happy neighbors. Shame on you for your general response.

Whatever, doglvr. Your username gives away your identity as the manager right away. So generic and transparent. Shame on you for being a flat-out liar. People are not as stupid as you would like them to be. I know in your head you are a complete genius because with your VERY limited education you were able to achieve the monumental goal of becoming an apartment manager, but be assured there are much smarter people all around you. I am one of them.

To be fair, the economic status of your neighbors is going to determine how happy you are where you live and there really isn't much that "management" or the police can do unless you actually video tape someone keying your car or stealing something or you get killed. The painful simple truth is if you want to live in a place where swarthy, mean looking ppl. wearing penguin pants and wife beater teeshirts ogle you and clutch their genitals at you while you're driving into the complex, then Indian Springs is alright, otherwise... If you're single and young and can afford to live in a part of the complex that is more expensive and you're just living here temp. trying to save money to put toward a mortgage on a house, and you don't mind the occasional sight of people behaving in an ugly way, then you can live in relative peace. The most unsettling thing about Indian Springs, in MHO is that there are actually children growing up here. I can't imagine having such a childhood. I could cry thinking about how some parents raise their kids.
