I moved here because it was the best option for me as a cat owner. The rent and pet fees were reasonable and there was actually a place for the litter box. I have no major complaints on the whole. The management are reasonable and reliable, as is the maintenance crew. Parking was never a problem. My electricity was not particularly high. I had good neighbors and bad neighbors, but nothing horrible or scary, and I enjoyed living in a racially and socioeconomically diverse community of professionals, students, and families. If I was nice to people, they were nice to me, plain and simple, and the neighborhood kids were a joy. The apartments themselves are generic and not to my taste, but clean and well-maintained. My only real complaint is that the walls are very, very thin.
