I've been here 4 years and think its a very good appartment complex. Staff are nice, the maintainence people show up quickly and always seem to know what they're doing, and the grounds crew do a great job. In fact the office called me last fall to ask if I was satisfied. I said I was, but I mentioned that it seems to take a long time to get sidewalks shoveled - we have a couple of elderly people in our building that I think have trouble getting around - I'm guessing its an inconvenience to them. The crew was much quicker at getting sidewalks cleared this winter. The company that handles the grounds crew also mails residents suggestion cards periodically.

I've never experienced a problem with crime, the area is surrounded by nice neighborhoods, shopping is close by, all utilities (except electric) is included in rent, reasonable cable prices, etc, etc, etc.

A very nice place to live.
