I guess I would say the look of the apartments are appealing, and the price of rent is one of the best around.
With that said, I would also say that the area and rent prices mask the fact that you can hear anything and everything going on in the surrounding apartments, not to mention the fact that you never know when your care could be broken into. Noise complaints, although my roommates and I were not given more than one, are frequent to say the least, especially if you have a 2nd or 3rd story apartment. If you like to play music in your apartment, or listen to the television after 12:00 a.m. (infrequently) this isnt the place to live. If you can live under the constraints of constant noise, its a great place for you to live. If you can live in fear, knowing that whenever you go to sleep, you could wake up in the morning with your car completely emptied out, this is a perfect place for you.
