This has been my first experience living in an apartment. I must say it has been great. We have had our share of maintenence problems, but the staff is always courteous and fix the problem within a day. I live on the 3rd floor and never have had a problem with noise. But, what can you expect, there are people living next to you on three sides. A little noise is to be expected. The grounds are kept looking nice all the time and there has never been any kind of problems with car theft or safety. It sounds like some other people leaving reviews for these apartments are a bit paranoid.
