One of the better places to live in South Bend, overall. The apartments are very spacious for the price. The maintenance staff was incredible. Sometimes it seemed like they were there before I hung up the phone. My second floor balcony view was very nice, overlooking wooded area.
Some down-sides. The office staff was a little less than pleasant, you can tell that corners were cut on the quality of the apt. (such as cheap interior plywood doors with plastic handles). Also, while I felt safe overall, my car was broken into and this doesn't seem like a rare thing from the other reviews posted here.
