Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I have lived there for almost 2 years and haven't had any real issues thus far,except my bicycle stolen. I have noticed that there seem to be a lot of flat tires on cars throughout the parking lots. makes me wonder...
For the most part it is quiet in my bld except for the occasional music. i agree with other postings the walls are very thin.
