i'm breaking my lease early to move somewhere else. here are the reasons ... the water gets shut off at least once a month - conviently turned off between the hours of 9am and 4pm. they give you about a days notice. maintenance also randomly comes in your apartment to fix/inspect/prepare your furnance with one days notice, and again, between the hours of 9am and 4pm. it's not fun to be a 19 year old female waking up to maintenance men working on your furnance. parking is horrible. i pay around 500 a month and don't even get to park near my building. very frustrating. walls and floors are super thin - right now i can hear the people above me walking around. the office staff aren't nice, friendly, professional, or even minutely happy to help you. the cable sucks, no fox news or disney and you're only allowed to have satellite if you're in certain buildings. luckily, i've never had anything break so i dont need to have maintenance come over, but from others i've heard its not the quickest. the groundskeepers are great, except they mow at random times in the morning as well as plow. i've been the victim of a car break-in, as well as seeing multiple cars with flats and notices. my bedroom window has a draft, apparently nothing to fix it. good apartment complex if you can put up with frustrations easily and don't like to sleep well at night, but i would not suggest this complex to anyone i love or want to keep in my life.
