Talk about a joke! Calling in to have something repaired will get you no where! Their maintenance staff is rude and unprofessional. You will wait days or weeks to get a response from them. Parking is an issue. They have cars in the lots that have not moved in months, they make no attempt to have them moved. The ladies in the office are RUDE, and seems as though they are short staffed. Lawn care (sprinkles are always broken, and they do not fix them), has gone way down, and smoking in other units reaks through the building. One shooting and police here often.

I have lived here at Maple Lane for 5 years and have found it to be a great experience. Like all apartments, sometimes it takes a while to get things fixed - but other times they are out the same day. I have found it a good experience and like the apartment.

Maple Lane was a wonderful place to live, until around 2002/2003, when the management changed. The image of hell and a hand basket comes to mind. I have to agree on the maintenance. We did alot of our own repairs around the apartment.
