Do you like to chain smoke'

This apartment is affordable and you cannot hear other tenants however, the building is a smoke pit. People chain smoke in the hallways as well as in their apartments and my apartment was one big cloud of smoke. I left my windows open all year round to try to breathe some fresh air. In addition, it took them four months to return my security deposit.
