I really enjoyed living at this apartment. It is quiet and rather clean. The front office staff are very nice. Parking is not that big of a problem and you are close to downtown. So all in all it was a great place to live. They however would often not fix things that were broken. The MAJOR COMPLAINT is getting the deposit returned. Indiana law requires it is returned in 45 days and as other have complained - they often take up to 3 months or more. It is very frustrating.
