In about 6 months there have been several times when I've been without hot water and even water at all for over a day at a time. I have been without heat during the winter twice (about 3 days the first time and 1.5 the most recent. The plumbing is awful. There is always standing water and I've had black stuff back up in the bathtub when I wasn't even using it. The water is disgusting. I don't trust drinking it even after filtering. It is just gross in so many ways.

I posted a review on here as well, and forgot to note in it the water backing up issue. I too had this problem, my neighbor and I discovered it had to do with when we each took showers (she took hers in the morning, and I at night) is when it happened. Also, our toilet "broke" and flushed for 5 minutes at a time. No kidding...we timed it.
