Really really bad place to live

There never is heat in the apartments. If you call about it the office people will say either - they will put you on the list (the sucker list), or no one else has complained about no heat. When I said come check out the cold radiator yourself they said they would but no one every does. If you need maintenance done in the apartment it will take a minimum of 3 months to do and then you will have to call the office for a month daily in that time to get it done. When I moved in the kitchen was filthy. One night at 3am a person broke down an apartment door on the fourth floor and beat the crap out of that person in the apartment. The police and fire department are regularly out front of the building. They have to free the people stuck in the elevators. And don't leave anything laying around. I had a sweater taken I had drying in the laundry room when I was doing laundry. I left a few minutes and came back and it was gone. After that, I sat things out on a table and chairs twice and hung back and had to stop the apartment staff both times from taking the items. Sure the "apartment" has a cheap monthly rent with utilities included, but you will not have heat even if it is 7 below outside, and everything else costs. $25/mnth in the summer for running an A/C unit, parking 20/mnth, gym 25/mnth, laundry 25-60/mnth. Thats an additonal 100.00/mnth min. and that doesn't include the cost of buying multiple space heaters and replacing stolen items. People are always yelling to each other and fighting in the halls and courtyard. Don't bother to complain about it.
