After searching all over the South Bend/Mishawaka area, I was glad to find this apartment complex ? a nice place in an urban setting along the river, decent rates, nice view of the East Race, and a good-sized 1-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and since I left it in good shape when I moved out, I received my entire deposit back. After I lived there for a year, I knew I was moving out of state, but didn?t know when. The office staff was wonderful and let me stay an extra month and give less than 30-days notice when I was ready to move. My only complaint would be the parking. I paid for a garage, so I always had an extra spot for a guest, but the lot was often over capacity at night with cars parking in the fire lanes. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
