I agree it sounds very much like "one of the gals in the office". I would be surprised if any of the tenants actually like them or would give such glowing reviews.

Honestly, I can't say I've any serious problems with the new management, but I certainly miss the old one. I don't think the maintenance is as good as other apartments and I think the superficial changes are just to hike up the rent. I do appreciate the new parking lot, though.

Although I'm not going to recommend it, I think one should consider it. It has the BEST POSSIBLE LOCATION IN SOUTH BEND.

Who ever wrote this is probably just mad that they parked in a fire lane or better yet, got evicted! The new office staff is WAY WAY better than the old one.
