I still agree that the location is great, its scenic right by the river, and its nice to have a washer and dryer in apt.

Management is new and is so so. I can't really say I have any complaints, but they do seem to be somewhat sneaky. They do things without notifying the residents. And they plan to make things nicer....for a price.

Rent sounds like it is going up, but still fairly reasonable.
